Shipping Options

U.S. Shipping Options

USPS Ground

USPS Ground shipping within the U.S. is complimentary on orders of $49 or more.

USPS shipping is $5 for U.S. on orders under $49.

FedEx SmartPost

SmartPost shipping is $7 for all U.S. orders

FedEx Second-Day

Second Day express shipping is $18 with every U.S. order.

FedEx Overnight

Overnight shipping is $25 with every U.S. order.

Canadian Shipping Options

Canadian shipping varies based on order weight and will be calculated during the checkout process. Please enter your items and proceed to checkout to receive your shipping estimate.

International Shipping Options

International shipping varies by country and order weight and will be calculated during the checkout process.

Delivery Times

Overnight orders placed by 12:00 PM EST on a business day will be processed and shipped the same day, then delivered the next business day following the ship date. FedEx Second-Day orders placed by 12:00 PM EST on a business day will be processed and shipped the same day, then delivered within 2 business days following the ship date. Standard (including Complimentary) USPS orders placed by 12:00 PM EST on a business day will be processed and shipped the same day, then delivered within 2-5 business days following the ship date. FedEx SmartPost orders placed by 12:00 PM EST on a business day will be processed and shipped the same day, then delivered within 4-7 business days following the ship date.

Orders placed after the designated cut-off times will be processed and shipped the next business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

International Delivery Times

International delivery varies by country. Priority USPS is typically 6-10 days and First Class USPS ranges from 6-31 days.

International Orders

We ship worldwide to many countries – just select your country at checkout. While beauty has no borders, International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. When ordering from KimikoBeauty.com, the recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for any of these import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Kimiko Beauty does not collect duties and taxes, and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.

Shipments to APO/FPO/DPO

Shipments to any APO/FPO/DPO address must ship via USPS First Class Ground method.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and contact us immediately at: customerservice@kimikobeauty.com

Orders

Order Confirmation/Tracking

An order confirmation will appear as the final step in your order process. In addition, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the order number of your purchase. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an additional email to confirm shipment and tracking information. Please add customerserivce@kimikobeauty.com to your safe recipients list to ensure you receive your order emails.

We accept PayPal as well as the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Diners Club and Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), as well as most major International credit cards.

We accept the following Gift Cards: American Express, MasterCard and Visa. Please note all purchases made with a Gift Card are Final Sale.

We're sorry, but we do not accept: CODs, personal checks, money orders and some international credit cards.

Important information: For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment, except for international credit cards. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet these criteria.

E-Gift Cards

Terms and Conditions

E-Gift Cards will be mailed directly to the recipient's email address after checkout confirmation. For your convenience, an email will be sent to you when your E-Gift Card is sent. Please note, because of spam filters that may block incoming email, if you are not sure your E-Gift Card reached its destination, we highly encourage you to contact the recipient directly. This E-Gift Card can be used as payment for purchases made online at www.kimikobeauty.com. E-Gift Cards cannot be used at our retail partner or department store locations. E-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, except as required by law. E-Gift Cards card have no expiration date or service fees. Purchasing

Our E-Gift Cards can be purchased at Kimiko Beauty Online only. E-Gift Cards are delivered via email and reach their recipient within 12-24 hours if there are no issues with the order. The sender’s name and email address are included for the recipient. There is no charge for email delivery. For shipments that contain E-Gift Cards and other items, regular shipping and handling charges will apply for the other items purchased. E-Gift Card amounts are not included in the calculation of shipping and handling charges. Click here for complete shipping information.

Redeeming

E-Gift Cards can only be redeemed at Kimiko Beauty Online or by calling 1-855 854-6456 (1-855-8KIMIKO). E-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed at any Kimiko Beauty in-store locations.

How to redeem a Kimiko Beauty Online E-Gift Card:

  • Visit KimikoBeauty.com and select the items you want to purchase and click “checkout.”
  • On the Shopping Cart page enter your E-Gift Card number.
  • When the total amount of your order exceeds the total value on your E-Gift Card, your credit card will be charged the remaining balance. All of the value on your E-Gift Card will be used first before any amount is charged to your credit card.
  • When the amount of your order is less than the value on your E-Gift Card, your credit card will not be charged. Any unused balance will remain on your Kimiko Beauty Online E-Gift Card.
  • Only one E-Gift Card may be used per order.

Sales Tax

No sales tax is charged when buying Kimiko Beauty Online E-Gift Cards. Purchases paid for with Kimiko Beauty Online E-Gift Cards are subject to applicable sales tax.

Checking Your Balance

You may check your balance of your E-Gift Card online on the Gift Card page of MY ACCOUNT or during checkout.

Lost or stolen E-Gift Cards 

Please Contact Us to report a lost or stolen Kimiko Beauty Online E-Gift Card.

Sales Tax and Duties

We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders being shipped to the following states: New York and New Jersey.

Promotional Offer Codes

To use an offer code, please log into your account. Simply enter the code into the OFFER CODE box on the Shopping Cart page before proceeding to checkout. When an offer code is accepted, it will be displayed on the “Order Review” page. Offer codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. Only one offer code may be applied per online order. Complimentary shipping will automatically apply if the new total, excluding taxes, is over $49.

Please read the details associated with each promo code for offer period and restrictions. Promotional codes are valid only at KimikoBeauty.com and not at partner retailers or other websites.

Maximum Purchase Policy

We must limit orders to five of any single item, with a maximum purchase of $750 per customer. Orders exceeding these limits are subject to cancellation. If you have any questions please Contact Us and we will be happy to assist.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns

For KimikoBeauty.com orders, products may be returned or exchanged by mail within 30 days of the order date.

In order to receive a full refund, simply fill out the return form and mail the item(s) back to us. Kindly note that packages with an incomplete return form will be returned to sender. All refunds will be credited to the original form of tender, minus shipping costs, and refund processing time varies by financial institution.

Please note, we cannot accept returns on overly used or emptied products or products not purchased online at KimikoBeauty.com. As we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit, all returns should be mailed by traceable method to:

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please indicate the desired product name and shade on the return slip and follow the return procedure. For items that are less than the original order, you will be credited to the original form of payment. If the items are of greater value, you will be contacted for payment details and charged the difference. We are happy to apply complimentary shipping when sending exchanged products.

Earning Rewards Points

Reward Point Values

Earn 1 reward point for every dollar spent at KimikoBeauty.com. 10 points is equivalent to $1 and redeemable towards a purchase. Once you have a balance of 50 points, you may redeem them for $5 dollars in savings on your order.

Redeeming Points

You can redeem your reward points at checkout towards your purchase. If you have accumulated enough points to redeem, you will have the option of using points as one of the payment methods. The option to use reward points will be shown to you in the Payment Method area of the checkout. Redeemable reward points can be used in conjunction with other payment methods such as credit cards, gift cards and more.

Managing My Points

You have the ability to view and manage your points through your Customer Account. You will be able to view your total points (and currency equivalent), redemption minimums, whether you have reached the maximum points limit and the cumulative history of points acquired and redeemed.

Do my points expire?

Reward points do not expire and may be used at any time.

Reward Points Maximum

If you have reached up to 1000 reward points, you will need to redeem some of your accrued points before you are able to earn more points.
