When will my order ship?

Orders received before 12 pm generally ship the same business day (for domestic orders).  Orders received after 12 pm (and international orders) are processed on the next business day (business days are Monday - Friday).

Can a product be returned?

Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. 

Purchases made through our website may be refunded or exchanged if the product is returned within 30 days of receipt, and under these conditions: 1 - If the color of the item was not as expected, this item may be exchanged within 30 days of receipt.  2 - If the product arrived damaged, we will happily exchange your product.   We regret that original shipping and handling cannot be refunded, however we happily extend courtesy shipping if the item arrived damaged, or if you would like to order a replacement item or color.  Please note:  It is your responsibility to ship the return package through a traceable and insurable method-we cannot exchange or refund any product that has not been received.

How do I do a return?

If you have any concern or issue with your order, please contact us with your order number (and preferably with your order confirmation email) at customerservice @kimikobeauty.com and we will promptly reply with our return instructions.

Notes Regarding Customs and Duties (on all orders outside USA):

All customs and import duties are applied when your shipment reaches the destination country. Unfortunately, we do not know these charges and cannot estimate them due to rate fluctuations according to location. All customs and import fees are solely your responsibility. By giving Kimiko your consent to ship an order, you assume full responsibility for the taxes, duties, or customs/brokerage fees required in your country. If you refuse your package upon delivery and notification of these fees, Kimiko Beauty will not issue a refund for your purchase or the original shipping cost. Please contact your local customs office for details on how charges will be applied in your area.  ONLY purchases made through Kimikobeauty.com can be returned through this site.
